Your Identification

Please bring the following with you:

  1. Corporate clients are required to bring their personal identification (Passport and proof of address*).

  2. We are also required to check that the company or organisation is in existence, as well as the company officers authority and capacity to represent the company.

  3. Documents required may include
    - Certificate of Incorporation
    - Certificate of Good Standing
    - Original Memorandum of Association
    - Original Articles of Association
    - Board Resolutions
    - Company board meeting minutes

    4. All relevant documents INCLUDING an English translation of any document which is in a foreign language.

    * Electronic printouts will need to be verified with you logging online upon appointment.
